The ever popular UC Expo was our third show of the event season and proved to be even more successful than the previous two. We were in the Customer Contact X area of the show, which was dedicated to exhibitors with Contact Centre solutions. At the event we were showcasing our Engagement Automation solutions powered by Avaya Breeze. We also took the opportunity to demonstrate the integration of AI based Chatbot technology with Facebook Messenger, and how that can be supported by the Amazon Connect call centre service. This allowed us to demonstrate our solution which is entirely powered by cloud based, pay as you go services.
Stafford Hunt, CTO at JT Global Enterprise said: “We saw a lot of interest in true pay as you go cloud services, and also in the possibilities of AI driven customer conversations. These are clearly driving a new wave of technology uptake across the industry.”
